Our Process

Five stages. No surprises at any of them.

A home build feels overwhelming because it's opaque. Ours isn't. Here is exactly what happens, in order, and what you hold in your hands at every stage.

1

We listen first

Every home begins with a conversation, not a quotation. A consultation — at our Madhapur office, on your plot, or over a video call if you're overseas — where we understand your plot, your drawings if you have them, your budget range, and how your family intends to live. We tell you honestly how we'd approach it, and if we're not the right fit for your project, we'll say so.

What you receive

  • An honest assessment of your plot and plans
  • A clear picture of how we'd approach your home
  • Answers to every question you bring — including the difficult ones
2

Everything on paper

Before a single brick is laid, the entire project is documented — so the cost is known at the start, not discovered along the way. Drawings are coordinated and reviewed for buildability, materials are specified by brand and grade, and your cost is prepared line by line. Payments are then tied to completed stages of work, never requested ahead of visible progress.

What you receive

  • A line-by-line BOQ you can question item by item
  • A written scope with inclusions and exclusions stated plainly
  • A payment schedule linked to work stages, not calendar dates
  • A formal agreement before any advance changes hands
3

We plan before we build

A documented home is only as good as the plan behind it. We sequence the build stage by stage, plan procurement so the right materials arrive at the right time, and define who is responsible for what — before anyone reaches the site. One team carries your project throughout, so you are never left coordinating architects, contractors and vendors yourself, and nothing critical is improvised under pressure.

What you receive

  • A stage-wise execution plan mapped before work begins
  • A single accountable team — not a chain of subcontractors
  • One named project manager assigned to your home
  • Clear responsibilities, so no task falls between the gaps
4

We build, inspect and keep you informed

Construction proceeds stage by stage — foundation, structure, services, finishes. Each milestone is inspected before the next begins and photographed, so you see what gets covered by plaster later. Your project manager keeps you updated with progress you can follow from anywhere in the world, and any change to cost or scope is priced and approved by you in writing before it happens — never discovered in the bill.

What you receive

  • Photographed inspection records at every milestone
  • Progress tracking you can follow remotely, on your time zone
  • One named project manager answerable to you
  • Written approval before any change in cost or scope
5

We hand over properly — and stay accountable

The final stage is where many builders fade away. We do the opposite: a joint walkthrough, a snag list closed item by item, all documents and as-built drawings handed to you, and warranty terms set out in writing. After you move in, the same team remains reachable — accountability that doesn't end at the keys.

What you receive

  • A joint inspection with every snag closed before handover
  • Complete project documentation and as-built drawings
  • Warranty terms in writing
  • A team that still answers the phone after you move in

Stage one is a conversation, not a contract.
