No — and we make that verifiable rather than asking you to take our word. Every item is listed in your cost sheet with its rate and quantity, exclusions are stated up front, and nothing is billed that isn't on paper. If it's not in the document, it's not in the bill.
Yes — several of our clients are NRIs. You get a dedicated project manager, milestone approvals, photographed inspections, and progress tracking you can follow from anywhere. Decisions come to you in an organised way, not as urgent phone calls at odd hours.
Gladly — many of our projects come to us referred by architecture firms who need an execution partner that can build what they've drawn, including details like exposed concrete and filler slabs that other contractors decline. We can also support you with design if you're starting from scratch.
